Carob Sauce / Spread

2/3 c. raw carob powder
1/2 c. organic ghee, softened
2 T. raw honey
1 T. vanilla extract
1 T. chocolate extract
1/4 t. sea salt

Stir together all ingredients until smooth. Store in airtight jars. Spread a teaspoon on a flacker or homemade graham cracker; spread a half-teaspoon on a slice of homemade GAPS pecan pie; stir a teaspoon into a cup of warm hemp milk for GAPS hot chocolate.
