1/2 ripe organic mango (not too soft)
1/3 c. organic fennel bulb, diced small
1/4 c. diced avocado
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a dish. Serve with grilled salmon or chicken.
