Faux-gurt

1-2 t. chia seeds or holy basil seeds soaked in 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. coconut cream
1/2 c. applesauce (optional)
1/2 T. fruit preserves, if tolerated
1 T. Tigernut granola (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and consume!
