Faux Peanut Sauce

1 onion, sliced thinly
1 c. coconut milk
1 T. olive oil
1 t. sea salt
1 t. Turmeric powder
2 T. sunflower butter
1/4 t. ginger powder
1/8 t. garlic powder

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add onions and saute, stirring frequently, for about ten minutes.

Place remaining ingredients in a blender cup. Carefully add the hot onions. Blend about thirty seconds until smooth. Serve with vegetables, rice noodles, chicken, etc. Can be frozen in small portions.
