1/2 c. date fines
5 egg yolks
1 T. vanilla extract
1 T. hemp milk
1 T. ghee, softened
1/4 t. sea salt
1 c. organic raw pecan pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray to mini (4-inch) pie tins with cooking spray or grease with ghee. Combine date fines, egg yolks, vanilla, hemp milk, ghee and salt. Stir until smooth. Fold in pecan pieces. Pour mixture into prepared pie tins. Bake 25 minutes.
