2 racks of pork ribs
Dry Rub:
1 T. Rapadura
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. ground ginger
Sauce:
1 T. Rapadura
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. water
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T. Tamari
1. Combine Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Combine sauce ingredients in another small bowl.
3. Rub Dry Rub into ribs and place in crock pot (can do the night before).
4. Pour sauce evenly over ribs.
5. Cook in crock pot on low for 5 hours, flipping ribs over half-way through cooking.
6. Preheat broiler. Place ribs on a large baking sheet and broil on high about six inches from the heat source for five minutes to carmelize the sugars on the outside.
7. Serve immediately.
