My EMF shielding products are helpful for addressing electromagnetic exposure. Electromagnetic frequencies, or EMFs, surround us everywhere in our modern daily lives. The radiation being emitted from your wifi router, your cell phone, your cordless phones, your Bluetooth devices, your microwave oven, and many other products is EMFs. EMFs have been shown to be harmful to human, plant, and animal tissues. In European countries, EMFs have been banned from schools and hospitals. But those same safety measures have not been adopted here in the US. This post features a run-down of my EMF shielding products

EMFs have been shown to disrupt intracellular communication in the human body. And EMFs are believed capable of changing gene expression. Wifi has been shown to cause mold, bacteria, and viruses to proliferate wildly.
“It’s thought that mold mycotoxins, which can significantly suppress the immune system, can increase more than 600x in the presence of Wifi.” Newbridge Wellness
If you have a chronic illness you may want to shield yourself from EMFs, and I discuss some ways to do that in this post, using measures such as paints, fabrics, and meshes.
I have created a line of EMF shielding sleep hats and zipper pouches for sale in my Shop.
The sleep hats are helpful when you find yourself in a space where you can’t control your exposure to EMFs, like when you stay at a hotel. But they are also helpful anytime you are feeling the effects of EMFs. One layer of each hat is cotton spandex with EMF wifi 4G 5G Protecting Shielding Fabric on the other.
The sleep hats are super soft and comfy, perfect for wearing while you sleep, or during the day. The sleep hats are reversible, and I usually sleep with the shielded layer on the outside as the shielding fabric is a little bit scratchy. I like to pull the hat down over my eyes to serve the dual purpose of blocking EMFs and blocking out light. And I also wear my shielded hat whenever I have a migraine. Shielded hats come in four colors: pink, oatmeal, purple, and charcoal.
The cute little zipper pouches are meant to hold homeopathic remedies to shield them from EMFs coming from your cell phone or other sources. They fit nicely into a purse or bag to keep your homeopathic remedies from being affected by EMFs. Each pouch is lined with Swiss Shield Naturell, which has been shown to have an attenuation of Radio Frequency / Microwave effectiveness of 99.99% or 40 dB at (1000 MHz / 1 GHz) and 99% effective up to (10,000 MHz / 10 GHz).
Both the hats and the zipper pouches are handmade in my sewing studio. Both the hats and the zipper pouches should be machine or hand-washed in cold water using Texcare specialized laundry soap to maintain the efficacy of the shielding fabric. I can create custom orders, so if you are interested in having a pouch or hat made with a different fabric let me know!
The bucket theory offers a helpful analogy for understanding symptom reactions with MCAS.
Think of your body as an empty bucket that you want to keep from overflowing. Different foods and activities fill your histamine bucket at different speeds but they combine to form the total level of histamine in your body (how full your bucket is). A fuller bucket means you have more histamine symptoms. When you manage triggers, reduce exposure to known triggers, and take medications and supplements to reduce histamine, you can manage the level of your bucket.
Knowing your symptom progression in a symptom flare is the key to developing your own rescue plan. In this post, I discuss how to determine your own symptom progression. Once you know what typically happens in your symptom progression you can design a rescue plan to address those symptoms.
