Wild Rice Porridge 

4 c. Cooked wild rice 
1/2 c. pecans

1/2 c. Dried tart cherries 

2 T. Honey 

1 c. Hemp milk or nut milk

1/2 c. Fresh berries 

Heat rice, nuts, cherries and honey in a heavy pan over medium high heat for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. And milk and heat through stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with fresh berries. Serves 4.
