Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp granola, non-dairy milk, or fresh fruit optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients in a glass pint mason jar. Microwave for 1 minute, or until the porridge is bubbly. Stir until creamy. Top with fruit or granola and consume!
