1 c. ground organic raw walnuts
1/2 c. ghee
1/2 c. quinoa flour
1/4 c. date sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
Place nuts in the bowl of a food processor, and process until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth mixture is formed. Scrape dough into a bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Form chilled dough into one-inch balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
