Holiday Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ground organic raw walnuts
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ½ cup quinoa flour
  • ¼ cup date sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place nuts in the bowl of a food processor, and process until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until a smooth mixture is formed. Scrape dough into a bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Form chilled dough into one-inch balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for later consumption.
