2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 eggs
4 dates, pitted
1/4 c. applesauce
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg

Grease a souffle dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. Spread in prepared dish and bake for 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
