Copycat Bobo Bars

Equipment

  • mini loaf pan with 6-8 depressions

Ingredients
  

  • cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup ChocZero Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Earth Balance, butter, or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • cup ChocZero Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Stir together the ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until thoroughly combined. Add a Tbsp of water if the dough is too dry.
  • Press the dough into the depressions in the mini loaf pan. You may need to bake more than one batch depending on how many depressions your pan has.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for a few minutes in the pan before inverting the bars onto a cooling rack to fully cool.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to consume.
