Instructions
Preheat the oven to
350
°F
.
Stir together the ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until thoroughly combined. Add a Tbsp of water if the dough is too dry.
Press the dough into the depressions in the mini loaf pan. You may need to bake more than one batch depending on how many depressions your pan has.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for a few minutes in the pan before inverting the bars onto a cooling rack to fully cool.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to consume.
