Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. ChocZero Chocolate Chips Dark Chocolate (for melting)
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ChocZero Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 packet DandyBlend Instant Herbal Beverage
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract, or pure vanilla bean powder
  • cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ cup Coconut cream
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 oz. ChocZero Chocolate Chips Dark (for stirring into the batter)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt 4 oz. chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds to ensure even melting.
  • In the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients, stirring well to combine.
  • Spread into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Brownies will still be wobbly when finished baking but they will firm up.
  • Cut into 9 bars and freeze or serve immediately.
