4oz.ChocZero Chocolate Chips Dark Chocolate (for melting)
1cupwhole milk ricotta cheese
2eggs
2tbspChocZero Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1packetDandyBlend Instant Herbal Beverage
1 tspVanilla extract, or pure vanilla bean powder
⅓cupCocoa powder
¼cupCoconut flour
½tspBaking powder
¼cupCoconut cream
¼tspsea salt
2 oz.ChocZero Chocolate Chips Dark (for stirring into the batter)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt 4 oz. chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds to ensure even melting.
In the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients, stirring well to combine.
Spread into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Brownies will still be wobbly when finished baking but they will firm up.
