Lower Histamine Chewy Drop Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract, if tolerated or ½ t. pure vanilla powder
  • 2 cups dried unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 3 tbsp ChocZero Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup seed butter, such as tahini or Sunbutter

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon or in a stand mixer.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Scoop 13 balls onto the prepared pan with a small pastry scoop or a tablespoon spoon. Press the cookies down gently in the center to flatten them.
  • Freeze the cookies for about 45 minutes. Remove them from the paper and freeze them in an airtight container or consume immediately.
