Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon or in a stand mixer.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Scoop 13 balls onto the prepared pan with a small pastry scoop or a tablespoon spoon. Press the cookies down gently in the center to flatten them.
Freeze the cookies for about 45 minutes. Remove them from the paper and freeze them in an airtight container or consume immediately.
