Instructions
Put the coconut oil in Instant Pot and set the pot to the "Soup" program.
Add the onion, shredded cabbage, vegetable broth, and rosemary. Place the frozen chicken thighs on top. Affix the lid and allow the program to run.
Release the pressure manually and stir in the coconut cream. Serve immediately or freeze in glass portion containers for later.
