Lower Histamine Chicken Meat Broth

  • Pressure cooker

Ingredients
  

  • lb skinless and boneless chicken breast meat frozen is fine
  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken, water, and salt in an Instant Pot. Secure the lid and press the "meat/broth" function button, or set it to pressure cook for 25 minutes.
  • When the cycle ends, unplug the Instant Pot and wait five minutes. Then release the pressure manually.
  • Ladle the hot stock into pint mason jars leaving at least 1 inch of headspace. Freeze for later use. Use the chicken meat for another recipe.
