1tspsea salt
Instructions
Place the chicken, water, and salt in an Instant Pot. Secure the lid and press the "meat/broth" function button, or set it to pressure cook for 25 minutes.
When the cycle ends, unplug the Instant Pot and wait five minutes. Then release the pressure manually.
Ladle the hot stock into pint mason jars leaving at least 1 inch of headspace. Freeze for later use. Use the chicken meat for another recipe.
