Instructions
Preheat the oven to
350
°F
. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Drop 1/2-1 T. spoonfuls of the dough onto a Silpat-lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool briefly. Wrap and freeze cookies individually.
