Lower Histamine Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp grain-free baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Choczero maple syrup
  • ¼ up homemade yogurt or water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Choczero dark chocolate baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a square glass 9x9 inch pan with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in one bowl, mixing until fully combined
  • Press the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the center is puffed and the edges are set. Cool a few minutes before consuming, or freeze individual servings for later consumption.
