Lower Histamine Liver Support Braise

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bulb fennel diced
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • 1 sweet potato or yam peeled and diced
  • 1 bunch asparagus cleaned and diced
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 bunch radishes quartered
  • ½ cup basil for garnish
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp rosemary crushed

Instructions
 

  • Prepare vegetables and place them in a medium saute pan, preferably ceramic. Add the salt, rosemary, and 1 tbsp. water to the pan. Saute over medium-high heat for about ten minutes. As the water evaporates you can add more to keep the veggies from sticking to the pan. Serve immediately or portion into glass containers to freeze for later consumption.
