Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups fresh organic leafy greens
  • ½ cup red cabbage shredded (optional)
  • ½ cup carrot shredded (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh scallions, cilantro, and/or parsley chopped (optional)
  • 1 radish shredded (optional)
  • 1 apple grated (optional)
  • 1 cucumber sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup steamed asparagus (optional)
  • ½ cup wild blueberries (optional)
  • 1 lemon or lime juiced
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional) if tolerated
  • 1 tsp grated horseradish (optional) if tolerated
  • 1 tsp capers in brine rinsed (optional)
  • ½ cup zucchini sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combined desired ingredients in a large bowl, adjusting for your food tolerances. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
