pumpkin puree (homemade is best)

ginger

cardamom

sunflower seed flour
olive oil, ghee or duck fat for greasing your pan
Instructions
Warm a cast iron pan or griddle with your chosen fat. Whisk together the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Use about 2 T. batter per pancake. Cook until golden brown on the bottom and set on the edges, then flip and brown the second side.
Serve with applesauce and enjoy!
