avocado, diced

fresh herbs like basil, mint, lemon balm and dill
chopped

fresh scallion, sliced

Primal Mayonnaise
juice of one lime

Nacho Cheese style cassava chips
crushed

pepitas
Instructions
Place the greens, avocado, mango, cucumber, herbs, scallions, and pepitas in a medium salad bowl.
Stir together the lime juice and mayonnaise. Add it to the salad
Top with the crushed chips. Toss and enjoy!
