2smallsweet potatoes or yamspeeled and diced small
½tsp. coriander
1tsp.oregano
1fennel bulbdiced
1cupwater
1tbsp.olive oil
½tsp.sea salt
½tspcumin
½tsp.fenugreek
Instructions
Crumble ground turkey into the bowl of a pressure cooker. Add the olive oil and turn on the heat, sauteeing for a few minutes until it is beginning to brown.
Add the remaining ingredients. Secure the top of the pressure cooker, and allow it to come up to pressure. Cook for twenty minutes, then release the pressure manually.
Stir through and then serve immediately or freeze in portions for later consumption.
