Line a baking sheet with a silpat or baking paper.
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Roll balls with your hands and place them on a waxed paper-lined plate. Freeze for an hour for them to set up.
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Place the balls on the prepared pan and bake for about 12 minutes, until lightly golden.
Serve immediately or freeze for later consumption.
