This post discusses the pros and cons of Healy, a micro-frequency device.
Table of Contents
What is Healy?
Healy is a portable device that uses micro-current frequency programs to boost your health, vitality, and well-being. You can use Healy as a wearable frequency device, you can vibrate frequencies to yourself through the quantum field, or use it to deliver beneficial micro-currents using electrodes or third-party TENS accessories. Healy frequencies are directed using two apps that work on either Android or IOS devices. With the Pink App, you can choose specific issues you want to address. With the Blue App, you can have Healy analyze your energy field, and have it determine which frequencies would be most beneficial to you in real time.
My experience with Healy
I started using Healy in early April 2023. As you know from this blog, I have Mast Cell Activation and other chronic illnesses. Before using Healy I was struggling with intractable insomnia, chronic pain, food and environmental reactions, electrosensitivity, and SIBO. After some experimentation with Healy programs, I could see its potential. I used it directly on areas of chronic pain and inflammation and my pain immediately dissipated. Those results lasted for a couple of hours.
I am a complicated case and I knew I would have to be patient and creative to figure out how to make best use of Healy. I tried individual Healy programs for SIBO, diverticulitis, insomnia, neuropathy, and vagus nerve healing, among others, and though I did get temporary relief I felt like I was playing a game of whack-a-mole, with something else constantly popping up out of reach, and I just couldn’t get ahead of my symptoms. I got a second Healy so that I could use one to address sleep, and the other to use for issues that cropped up each day. But I still couldn’t gain traction.
I did more research on how to address the underlying causes of my symptoms and purchased a custom Healy program that combined vagus nerve healing, sleep, relaxation, releasing karmic ties, body balance, hormone balance, spiritual balance, inflammation in mucus membranes, and overall inflammation, reducing histamine and cell harmonization, calming and regenerating nerves, insomnia, digestion support, bacteria release, small and large intestine balance, electrolytes, electro sensitivity, and neuropathy. It didn’t work immediately, but within three days I was sleeping better, I had MUCH more energy, and my mood was elevated. After a week and a half, I finally felt like I could trust that I would indeed sleep at night. And within two weeks I began to experience a burst of creative energy for self-healing areas that I had not considered before.
With my physical symptoms finally under control I gained ground in other areas of my life. My mood is consistently better which makes it so much easier to do my forgiveness practice, meditate, practice mindfulness and gratitude, and accept my situation. My creative impulse to write is blossoming under the support of a being in a more consistent state of parasympathetic rest and digestion. I’m tolerating more foods and less reactive to environmental stimuli like changes in atmospheric pressure, smells, and EMFs. I feel joyful around crowds. I’m more patient with myself, and the list goes on!
What is currently working for me is to fun the custom program using the Healy Coil on my body at night while I fall asleep, and again if I wake up during the night. I use my other Healy to vibrate suggested programs for 8 hours at night based on the Heal Advisor Blue App recommendations.
Pros of Healy
So, what are the benefits of Healy?
- It’s a small, compact, portable device.
- It’s relatively easy to use.
- It works based on apps on your phone or device (iPad, iMac, etc.) rather than a bulky machine like FSM.
- It’s extremely powerful for issues ranging from physical, emotional mental, goals, etc.
- Though it uses Bluetooth to pair with your device it uses extremely low levels to achieve this. This means if you walk 10 feet away from your phone the Healy will lose contact. But that also means that you are not being exposed to high levels of EMFs.
Cons of Healy
There are definitely cons to Healy too:
- It’s a financial investment. The base unit is about $500. If you have a complicated health condition like me you will likely want a minimum of two units.
- Healy is an MLM (Multi-level Marketing) or network marketing, business model. This means that individuals sell products to the public – often by word of mouth and direct sales. The main idea behind the MLM strategy is to promote the maximum number of distributors for the product and exponentially increase the sales force. Honestly, I hate MLMs and I would never have chosen this product if it weren’t for the strong intuitive hit I got that it would help me. MLMs just add an unnecessary emotional aspect to buying a product. I am not an MLM person, and it took trial and error (see this post) to find a Healy “sponsor” who I felt good about being affiliated with. I know there are many Healy affiliates out there who don’t even use Healy but just sell it. I wasn’t willing to “sell” Healy unless I could feel the benefits myself, making me want to share it to help others.
- The Apps are glitchy. Healy is trying to fix this. But it can be downright frustrating to pair Healy with your device every time you need to use it. You frequently need to often need to turn Bluetooth on/off, uninstall and reinstall the apps, and power cycle the Healy to get around glitches, and sometimes you lose data (saved programs) in the process which can be a pain.
- Because it is FDA-approved as a TENS device in the US you will only read about its use for acute pain and migraines. You need to dig deeper on your own, watch Youtube videos, and read between the lines to find its off-label uses. In Europe, it is approved for a multitude of uses.
The importance of intention
Like all types of frequency healing, from sound healing to prayer, Healy is based on intention. You have to set a clear intention each time you use Healy.
Intentions are more than goals, but your co-creative participation in your life path and healing. By setting an intention you add your desire to be a partner in your destiny, in combination with the seen and unseen forces at work in the Universe. Whether you are setting an intention for a successful root canal, for finding a great new job, or for a business meeting to go well, the act of putting forethought about the outcome into the process can be a powerful tool.
Intention is the driving force behind any energy healing modality, from Reiki to sound healing to prayer. The universal equation for healing is:
Intention + Frequency = Healing
The “frequency” part of the equation is whatever healing modality is being used.
Intention can be used in health, job search, fitness, relationships, and pretty much everything.
This post has more information on the power of intention.
Hacks to get the most for your money with Healy
Here are the ways I’ve found to get the most out of Healy.
- If you have a specific health issue you want to address buy the Healy Gold edition (it’s the cheapest) and then purchase third-party custom programs for your specific issues. You will need to purchase third-party programs from vendors in Europe or the UK where Healy is more widely available. Custom programs, called Expert TAN programs, cost between $35-85 depending on how many programs are combined in the specific custom program and the current exchange rate. The three third-party vendors I’ve used for custom programs are Jaz at Lotus Healing Frequencies, Yvonne at Bewust Gezond in the Netherlands, and Brid Hanlon.
- If you have a chronic condition and your funds allow it, I recommend getting two Gold editions. That way you can use one to run custom programs and the other to vibrate combinations of programs the Healy recommends for you in the blue app. This is the cheapest way to send yourself the most frequencies while making sure one unit charges while the other one is working.
- If you want to have all of the Healy programs and/or intend to use Healy in your profession, then get the Healy Professional edition. Then you will have all of the available Healy programs and you can use them individually. Depending on the monthly special the price of the Professional edition costs between $2500-$4000.
What is MCAS?
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is a chronic condition that affects all organ systems. MCAS is serious and disabling and people with MCAS experience often significant and debilitating symptoms daily, including anaphylaxis, which can be fatal.
MCAS is often found in combination with other chronic conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
Frequently healthcare providers do not know about MCAS, and the tests for MCAS are problematic because they are not uniformly reliable. MCAS can be difficult to manage. Treatments include blocking mast cell mediators with anti-histamines and mast cell stabilizers, as well as avoiding triggers.
Check out this post on how to manage MCAS.

The bucket theory
The bucket theory offers a helpful analogy for understanding symptom reactions with MCAS.
Think of your body as an empty bucket that you want to keep from overflowing. Different foods and activities fill your histamine bucket at different speeds but they combine to form the total level of histamine in your body (how full your bucket is). A fuller bucket means you have more histamine symptoms. When you manage triggers, reduce exposure to known triggers, and take medications and supplements to reduce histamine, you can manage the level of your bucket.
Know your typical symptom progression
Knowing your symptom progression in a symptom flare is the key to developing your own rescue plan. In this post, I discuss how to determine your own symptom progression. Once you know what typically happens in your symptom progression you can design a rescue plan to address those symptoms.
