Otto's Cassava Flour

Otto's Grain-Free Baking Powder

olive oil

shredded mozzarella

Instructions
Preheat oven to
350
°F
and line a baking tray with a Silpat or parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir together and then use your hands to kneed until all of the flour is incorporated.
Divide the dough into six pieces and form them into balls, flattening each one slightly. Place the balls on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve immediately with butter or freeze for later consumption.
