Lower Histamine Cassava Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • ¾ cup Otto's Cassava Flour
  • ½ tsp Otto's Grain-Free Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking tray with a Silpat or parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir together and then use your hands to kneed until all of the flour is incorporated.
  • Divide the dough into six pieces and form them into balls, flattening each one slightly. Place the balls on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve immediately with butter or freeze for later consumption.
