Tart Cherry Sauce

2 c. Pitted tart cherries
1/2 c. Filtered water
1 T. Raw honey
1 t. Vanilla extract

Combine cherries and water in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium high heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey and vanilla. Serve over yogurt, ice cream, etc.
